If you have an existing domain registered at DomainSpeed.net that you would like to renew or purchase additional services for, you MUST manually "push" the domain from the DomainSpeed.net control panel to the new account you should have setup at RapidName.com (click here to register - a new customer email address must be used at RapidName). Instructions to move the services between both control panels is available at

Note that the Customer Email and Customer ID that you enter in the Move Services option described in the above instructions should be your RapidName account details (Settings -> Primary Profile in the RapidName Customer Control Panel), while you initiate the process from the DomainSpeed.net Customer Control Panel
